As a small independent business I am not able to offer free returns at this time. If this should change I will update when possible.
For returns, the items should be returned within 14 days of when the order was shipped. Still in new condition with tags. I will then be happy to process a full refund back to the original payment method not including original postage amount.
I am happy to exchange items regrading sizing, buyer pays for return and I will post out the new correct size for free.
Customers from outside the UK are required to pay return costs.
